Delete your KudosCue account
You can start permanent account deletion inside the app without contacting support.

Delete in the app
- Open KudosCue and sign in.
- Open the Account tab.
- Scroll to Data and account.
- Export your data first if you want a copy.
- Tap Delete account and data, then confirm.
What is deleted
The active owner account, business profile, customers, permission records, templates, review requests, reviews and replies, notifications, operational events tied to the business, and app settings are deleted. Deletion cannot be undone.
What may be retained
Limited records may remain only where needed to honour an unsubscribe or suppression choice, prevent fraud or abuse, complete a transaction, resolve a dispute, meet a legal obligation, or age out encrypted backups. They are not kept for marketing.
If you cannot sign in
Email hello@kudosapp.uk from the address used for the account. We will verify control of the account before acting. Never send a password or customer list.
Store subscription
Deleting a KudosCue account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in the store account used to purchase it.
