Terms of Service
These terms govern access to KudosCue by a business owner or an authorized representative of a business.

Using the service
You must be legally able to enter an agreement, provide accurate account information, keep sign-in credentials secure, and use KudosCue only for a business you own or are authorized to represent. One subscription covers one owner and one business location unless a later plan says otherwise.
Review requests and consent
You are responsible for determining whether you may contact each customer, keeping permission records accurate, providing truthful sender information, and complying with anti-spam, privacy, consumer-protection, platform, and review-solicitation rules. Honour opt-outs promptly and do not upload purchased, scraped, or unauthorized contact lists.
Fair review practices
Do not use KudosCue to review-gate, suppress negative feedback, mislead customers, buy reviews, offer prohibited incentives, or send different public-review paths based on expected sentiment. Every customer must have the same opportunity to reach the public review destination.
Your content
You retain responsibility for customer information, templates, business details, and replies you submit. You give KudosCue permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it.
Third-party services
Email providers, app stores, Google services, device messaging apps, and other third-party services have their own terms and availability. KudosCue is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Features that depend on a third party may change or become unavailable.
Subscriptions
When paid subscriptions launch, the price, billing period, trial, renewal, cancellation, and refund information shown by the App Store or Google Play at purchase will control. Subscriptions renew until cancelled through the store account. Deleting the app does not cancel a store subscription.
Availability and changes
KudosCue may improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with law, respond to provider changes, or operate the service. Planned maintenance and factors outside reasonable control may interrupt availability.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using KudosCue and request account deletion at any time. Access may be suspended or ended for unlawful use, security risk, non-payment, material breach, or harm to the service or others. Provisions that logically survive termination continue to apply.
Disclaimers and liability
KudosCue is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. It does not guarantee a particular number, rating, or content of reviews, uninterrupted delivery, or approval by a third-party platform. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any final liability cap and governing-law clause must be confirmed before paid public launch.
