Delete your PrintCircle account
PrintCircle accounts can be created with supported sign-in providers. Account deletion must be requested through the authenticated app or verified support.

Start in the app
- Open PrintCircle and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Open Feedback & Support.
- Choose the privacy or deletion topic and submit the request.
If the in-app deletion control is unavailable during the private pilot, use the verified email process below.
If you cannot access the account
Email hello@kudosapp.uk from an address connected with your account and state that you want the PrintCircle account deleted. PrintCircle will verify account control before acting. Do not send a password, access token, invitation link, photo, or delivery address.
What deletion covers
Deletion removes or anonymizes the account, collection memberships, selected photos owned by that account where the collection and retention rules allow, preferences, and support-facing profile data. Deleting one account does not automatically erase another member's lawful records or photos they added.
Records that may remain
Active order, payment, tax, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention, security, provider-reconciliation, and backup records may remain for the period needed to complete the order, protect the service, or meet legal duties. Printer-side deletion follows the provider policy disclosed for the order.
Irreversible action
Completed deletion cannot be undone. Export or save anything you are entitled to keep before confirming the request.
