PrintCircle Terms of Service
These terms apply to PrintCircle accounts, private photo collections, and physical photo-print orders when public ordering opens.

Operator and business-facing name
PrintCircle is the public product and business-facing name. PrintCircle is an independently developed and operated app. It is operated by an independent solo developer, not an incorporated company.
Who may use PrintCircle
You must be able to enter a legal agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your account, invitations you share, and activity performed through your access.
Photos and permissions
You keep your rights in photos you add. You give PrintCircle permission to store, process, display, crop, and transmit them only as needed to run the collection and fulfil an approved order. You must have the right to upload and print each image, including any consent required from people shown in it.
Private collections
Invitations are intended for the people selected by the organizer. Do not publish them or use PrintCircle to distribute unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful material. Access may be limited or removed to protect a collection, another person, or the service.
Products and prices
The initial planned public product is a 4×6 physical photo print for Canadian delivery. The current price book is CA$0.59 each for 1–49 prints, CA$0.49 each for 50–99, and CA$0.39 each for 100 or more, with a CA$15 merchandise minimum before shipping and tax. These launch prices remain subject to validation. The amount shown in the final checkout, including shipping and applicable tax, controls the order.
Payment
There is no recurring PrintCircle subscription in the planned offer. When live checkout opens, Stripe will process Apple Pay or supported card payments for physical goods. PrintCircle will not accept an order until payment and the order state are confirmed by the service.
Fulfilment and delivery
A specialist provider will print and ship approved order files. Delivery dates are estimates and can change because of production, carrier, weather, address, customs, or other events outside reasonable control. Read the Shipping and Delivery Policy before ordering.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Cancellation may be possible before production starts. Custom photo prints usually cannot be returned because of a change of mind after production begins. Damaged, defective, incorrect, duplicate, cancelled, or unfulfillable orders are handled under the Refund and Return Policy. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded still apply.
Availability
Public ordering is not live yet. Features may change, pause, or become unavailable while PrintCircle completes payment, printing, privacy, and delivery checks. The service does not promise that every photo, address, product, or delivery method will be accepted.
Liability
PrintCircle is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited. Final governing-law and liability language requires review before public paid ordering opens.
