PrintCircle Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information PrintCircle needs to run private photo collections and, when public ordering opens, fulfil physical print orders.
Last updated July 27, 2026
Who is responsible
PrintCircle is an independently developed and operated app. PrintCircle is operated by an independent solo developer, not an incorporated company. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@kudosapp.uk.
Information PrintCircle handles
PrintCircle may handle account and sign-in identifiers, collection membership and invitations, selected photos and print choices, photo metadata needed for validation, collection activity, language and app settings, support submissions, and privacy-scrubbed technical diagnostics. Once ordering opens, it will also handle encrypted Canadian delivery details, order status, pricing records, payment references, shipment details, refunds, and support outcomes.
Photo access
PrintCircle does not upload an entire device library simply because photo permission was granted. A member chooses the photos to add. Shared photos are available only within the collection and permissions set for its members.
How information is used
- Authenticate members and protect private collection access.
- Upload, review, organize, and prepare selected photos.
- Create quotes and, after launch, process payment and fulfil approved print orders.
- Provide support, prevent abuse, recover failed work, and meet legal obligations.
PrintCircle does not sell personal information or use private photos for advertising.
Printers, payment providers, and other processors
Cloud hosting and storage providers process app data to run the service. When ordering opens, Stripe will process payment information, and a specialist photo-printing provider will receive only the approved print files and delivery information needed to produce and ship the order. The live provider list and its verified image-retention period will be confirmed here before public ordering is enabled.
Retention and deletion
Draft, cancelled, completed, and abandoned requests have separate retention deadlines. The app shows the applicable photo-deletion timing where available. Order, payment, tax, refund, fraud-prevention, dispute, and suppression records may remain longer where needed for legal or operational reasons. Backups age out on their normal schedule.
Support submissions
A support message may include a reply email if you want a response. Only allowlisted technical details accompany it. PrintCircle does not automatically attach photos, thumbnails, filenames, notes, invitation data, access tokens, delivery addresses, order references, or device logs.
Your choices
You can choose which photos to add, leave a collection where permitted, change available settings, ask for access or correction, and request account deletion. Deleting an account may not remove records that must remain for an active order, refund, dispute, fraud prevention, or legal duty.
Security
PrintCircle uses authenticated access, role checks, private object storage, encrypted network connections, restricted server credentials, scoped printer-download grants, encrypted delivery details, and privacy-safe logging. No online service can promise absolute security.
Children
PrintCircle is intended for adults managing family photo collections. An adult must control any account and permission involving a child. Do not add a child's photo unless you have the right and permission to do so.
Changes
This page and its date will be updated when the service or its providers change. Material changes will receive additional notice where required.
